Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process transactions, including mailing, shipping, and product sales.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer orders and billing details.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all postal service procedures and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or a similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of postal services and products.
  • Experience working with payment systems and handling cash transactions.
