Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Engineer Location: Dover, Delaware Interview: Phone/In-Person Duration: Long Term
Required Skills:
- Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors
- Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management, and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories.
- Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes, and their relationships.
- Experience with MID Server Administration.
- Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining, and Process Automation
Job Description:
- Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform, providing guidance and support to deliver solutions.
- Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting, and configuring solutions on the platform. Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics.
- Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities, including configurations. Integration Capabilities with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes
