About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Assist customers in navigating the store and finding products.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Engage with customers to build rapport and foster community.
• Execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Follow safety rules and operational procedures as outlined in manuals and documents.
• Utilize POS equipment and assist others in its use (for Cashier role).
• Write routine reports and correspondence (for Cashier role).
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to connect and engage with customers.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems (for Cashier role).
• Passionate about outdoor hobbies such as fishing, hunting, and camping.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• CPR and First Responder certification (for Asset Protection role).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background (for Asset Protection role).
