Job Title: EDIFECS Developer
Location: Remote Experience Required: 5 7 years
Job Description.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using Edifecs applications such as XEngine, SpecBuilder, and Transaction Management.
- Implement and manage EDI healthcare transaction sets and trading partner configurations.
- Design and develop scalable Java-based applications for healthcare data processing.
- Conduct performance testing and support both planned and unplanned maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and other healthcare data standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare data exchange and integration.
Required Skills
- Strong development expertise in Java/J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with Edifecs toolsets.
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, and healthcare EDI formats (e.g., X12).
- Familiarity with FHIR standards is a plus.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and data standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
