The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help with their orders, returns, exchanges, and other issues. Your goal will be to provide a best-in-class experience that exceeds customer expectations and builds loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate reliability: Attend work on time, every time, and be present for the entire shift.

  • Handle a large number of contacts: Handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Meet our high-performance bar: Exceed customer satisfaction, meet metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Professional customer engagement: Build relationships with customers, providing solutions to their problems and exceeding their expectations.
  • Actively listen and show empathy: Understand customer concerns and use internal resources to find the best solution.
  • De-escalate customer care: Use conflict management skills to balance customer needs with company capabilities, while maintaining professional composure.
  • Troubleshooting: Think analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process.
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask: Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

* Must be over 18 years old

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
  • 100% mandatory training
  • Qualified applicants must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
