About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and help consumers with both domestic and international concerns.

Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials * Guide customers through the ordering procedure online * Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping * Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries * Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors

Requirements

### BASIC REQUIREMENTS * A high school graduation or its equivalent * Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries * Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders * Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs * Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities * Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings * A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy * Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service * A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian * Experience working in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment * Knowledge of fashion trends and styles * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
