CVS Health is hiring Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support CVS Health members by providing assistance with their pharmacy benefits, resolving prescription-related inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home, while helping improve the healthcare experience for our valued members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries regarding prescriptions and pharmacy benefits.

  • Utilize CVS Health systems to research and resolve customer concerns promptly and accurately.

  • Educate customers about CVS Health services, programs, and other relevant health-related topics.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Must reside in or around Indianapolis, IN and be eligible to work in the U.S.
