Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, orders, and policies
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer personalized support
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- A passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences
- Availability to work flexible hours (shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays)
