Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through email communication in an online ticket response system
• Responding to online surveys and product/service testimonials in a professional and timely manner
• Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborating with our team to gather insights and provide recommendations to clients
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Computer Literacy: Intermediate working ability degree is a minimum requirement
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
• Self-Motivation: Diligent work ethic, information-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong focus to detail

Compensation and Benefits

As a Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service Representative, you can expect to earn a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through online surveys and product/service testimonials, with potential earnings ranging from $2.50 to $75.00 per survey.
