Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and Enhancing Measurement Strategies: Design and improve show commercials dimension techniques across various metrics, including sales lift, synthetic control groups, ghost ads, MMM, MTA, and A/B testing.
  • Visionary Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for show commercials measurement methodologies, leveraging domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing aligned business goals, communicating product roadmaps, and securing executive buy-in.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Manage product roadmaps, aligning business and technical requirements, determining rollout strategies, and mitigating risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Continuously engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage interdependencies.
  • Communicating Complex Insights: Explain complex modeling techniques in simple terms, developing compelling narratives that connect modeling outcomes to business problems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data technology solutions, integrating disparate data sources and leveraging modern analytics best practices.
  • Presenting Media Insights: Present media insights and recommendations to various levels of senior clients, driving business decisions with data-driven expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of industry experience in data science, measurement, marketing strategy & analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or related fields.
  • Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge.
  • Experience in building measurement solutions, including sales lift, ghost ads, market mix, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities & milestones.
  • A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Sound business judgment, with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade others internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, user experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics.
