Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to the marketing and communications functions.
• Team of communications professionals in remote work environment primarily focused on member facing materials.
• Our lines of business have increased exponentially to include several new DSNP plans.
• The team is truly a safe place to grow and learn. Asking questions is encouraged and always supported by any member of the team.
• This role will be fully supported and will never find themselves without immediate support if something becomes a challenge for them
• This person will be working alongside my team in a support role. Doing work such as versioning materials, proofing. An understanding of managed healthcare is a plus.
• Working in a job management tool opening and versioning communication jobs.
• They will be given a tracker to track their work.
• They will also be responsible for proofing/QAing jobs up against various SOTs
• If time permits, they will be trained on regulatory submission processes.
• This will not be business facing.
• Applications: workfront, share point, teams, outlook, excel, word document, PDF edits

• Commitment to cultural sensitivity, highly regulated within health care. (individual will not be creating content from scratch, it will be editing and proofing).
• Shift: Training will be 1on1 8am-5pm EST // working hours : 8AM-5PM CST/EST but can be slightly flexible with the hours.
