Someone who sees around corners, understands what customers want before they do and has the technical and regulatory expertise to turn big ideas into compliant, scalable products that work.

What You’ll Do

• Own our product pipeline — develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy
• Lead formulation strategy — collaborate with world-class labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver breakthrough products
• Bridge art and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor to ensure each product is both market-leading and legally watertight
• Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews — ensure all formulations meet the highest standards across key markets (US, UK, EU, AU, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally — work with marketing, operations, legal, and CX to take products from concept to commercial success

• You’ve developed top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space
• You have deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems
• You understand global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.) and can navigate them confidently
• You’re fluent in product-market fit and think commercially, not just clinically
