Staff4Me is searching for a talented and experienced IT Network Supervisor to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will oversee the network infrastructure and ensure its stability and security. You will be responsible for managing network engineers, troubleshooting complex networking issues, and implementing best practices for network management. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid background in networking technologies, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of network engineers in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to maintain high availability.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations while minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated network solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on network performance and project progress to senior management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services and equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and hardware.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies is a plus.
