Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and supportive caregiver to join our team in Keizer, OR. As a caregiver with ComForCare, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional in-home care services to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping. If you're a caring and upbeat person with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! No professional experience as a caregiver is necessary, as we offer an excellent paid training program to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including:
  • Showering and bathing
  • Medication management
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Transferring and ambulating
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients
• Transport clients to appointments and outings
• Perform other duties as needed to support client care

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 19 years or older
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field
• Certifications in caregiving, CPR, or first aid
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
