About the Role

We're seeking experienced part-time remote customer service agents to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone, email, and live chat. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with using a product
  • Providing medium to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items via client site
  • Recommending additional products and services based on customer need and request
  • Recommending system improvements based on knowledge of system issues
  • Adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude

What We're Looking For

* Seasoned remote contact center agents with previous experience in providing end-user phone and email support in a remote contact center environment

  • Proven ability to deliver comprehensive, extremely high-quality, personalized customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen actively to sensitive information
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet strong production deadlines
  • Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack is beneficial but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile"

Requirements

* Dedicated remote working space with no background noise

  • Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur
  • Own dual monitors and noise-cancelling headset
  • High ethical standard of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our clients' information
  • Ability to pass ongoing strict Federal, State, County/City Background Investigations

  • Part-time schedule (12:00pm - 5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday)
  • 20-25 hours per week
