As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing exceptional service, and helping to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Taking inbound calls and answering questions to provide solutions and simplify their healthcare experience
  • Offering empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a positive and productive manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Work From Home Opportunity

We offer a flexible Work From Home opportunity for those who meet the criteria. To be eligible, you must:

  • Successfully complete our comprehensive training program

Our 8-week on-site training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. You'll participate in hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day one. Our training program is tailored to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

We offer flexible schedule options to accommodate those balancing priorities in and outside of work. As a full-time position, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works for you. Days off and hours may vary, and scheduled start times will rotate to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
