Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Apple Product Developer to join our Wireless Software Development team. As a skilled wireless software developer, you will design, develop, and patent the next generation of wireless connectivity solutions, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless wireless solutions that enhance the client experience with Apple products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and patent the next generation of wireless connectivity solutions, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless wireless solutions that enhance the client experience with Apple products and services.
  • Develop and implement wireless protocols, including SIM, 5G/LTE Non-Access Layer (5GMM/EMM/5GSM/ESM/PLMN determination), QoS, and IMS protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and debug wireless software issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on clients.
  • Participate in the development of wireless software solutions for consumer products, including iPhone, iPad, Watch, and other Apple devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies, trends, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or equivalent majors.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in wireless protocol software development and/or system engineering.
  • Strong programming skills, including design, development, and troubleshooting in C or C++, scripting languages.
  • Solid understanding of 3GPP specifications, including SIM, 5G/LTE Non-Access Layer (5GMM/EMM/5GSM/ESM/PLMN determination), QoS, and IMS protocols.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems and wireless communication protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with wireless software development for consumer products, including iPhone, iPad, Watch, and other Apple devices.
  • Familiarity with Apple's wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
  • Knowledge of wireless network architecture, including network topology, protocols, and security.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
