As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide outstanding service to our customers. Working remotely, you'll assist pet parents with inquiries, provide product recommendations, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Provide accurate information about blithequark products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
