Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues with soft drink fountain equipment, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies to provide expert advice to clients
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree
  • A valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
