Key Responsibilities

• Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Utilize our provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information about our products.
• Overcome objections with provided rebuttals and maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection.
• Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
• Making notes in our CRM regarding your conversation.

Essential Qualifications

• Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.
• Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a Call Center environment.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise.
