Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions, ensuring our members have a clear understanding of their benefits and options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will provide the necessary solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide clear and concise information to ensure members have a thorough understanding of their benefits and options
  • Offer personalized support and guidance to help members navigate complex healthcare issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and concerns

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
