Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals who interact with our online chat platform. You will be the face of our organization, representing our dealer clients and their products and services in a professional and friendly manner. Your primary goal will be to turn online interactions into leads, helping our dealer clients generate revenue from their website traffic.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our dealer clients
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Have a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST

  • Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred
