About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, and you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that have a direct impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
• Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in identity and access management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. You should also have experience with trade deployment/release management, Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server. A strong mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• Alternatively, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
• Experience with trade deployment/release management
