As a Claims Customer Service Rep, you'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely processing of claims, providing accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Resolution: Provide accurate and timely resolution to claims customer service inquiries, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Advise clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries, providing clear and concise information to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinate client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve claims in a timely manner.
  • Support and Backup: Provide support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center (CSC) as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Demonstrate a strong commitment to Workwarp's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving and Independence: Ability to problem-solve and work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance Experience: Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are highly desirable.
  • Bilingual Skills: Full-time bilingual and part-time positions are available; proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
