Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative working remotely, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology
- Offer additional products and services to customers
- Provide expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
- The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both French and English
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free home environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- A desire to learn new technologies
- Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
- A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
- High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone
