Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
