Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist with any special requests or accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs. Communicate effectively and positively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Follow all company and industry regulations and guidelines for luggage handling, boarding procedures, and flight safety. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
