Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Enter data into our database software and ensure the accuracy of the information. Update existing data and remove any outdated information.
  • Document Preparation and Sorting: Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Reporting and Distribution: Generate and distribute reports as needed. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Data-Related Inquiries and Collaboration: Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Technical Skills: Fast typing skills with exceptional accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
