Training:

Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role, including 30 hours of training per week for the first three weeks.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service Excellence:

+ Promptly answering incoming calls and delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations. + Expertly managing inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm. + Effectively communicating sales and promotions. + Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.

Problem Solving and Expertise:

+ Providing innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds. + Developing expertise in navigating the blithequark website to assist customers. + Tracking shipments and processing price adjustments and shipping credits.

Knowledge and Accuracy:

+ Maintaining solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies. + Capturing and maintaining accurate customer information.

Performance and Compliance:

+ Proactively resolving customer concerns within empowered boundaries. + Meeting and exceeding Key Performance metrics. + Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Participating in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, including individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training. + Performing special assignments as directed.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered). + Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred. + Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions. + Knowledge of blithequark products. + Typing speed of at least 40 wpm. + Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling. + At least 1 year of relevant experience.
