Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the range of $40,000 – $50,000 per year. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, catering to the needs of our valued customers. This role is open to residents of New York State only.

Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies. Your duties will include: ### Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding flights, policies, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

### Educational Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus.

### Experience

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in an airline or travel industry.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
