Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors, providing accurate and empathetic support. - Providing information about blithequark services and programs, and assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues. - Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that clients receive the support they need. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by blithequark, and contributing to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols. - Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing additional support if necessary.
Qualifications
