Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries, medical intake forms, and providing accurate information
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and schedule appointments
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical call center experience, with extensive knowledge in diabetes and weight loss being a plus
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
