What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
  • Providing customers with knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give them peace of mind that issues are resolved
  • Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
  • Maintaining accurate customer notes on a standard keyboard, with no autocorrect fails

Who You Are

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • A background in retail, sales, or wait staff, as these roles have been successful in this position
  • Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
  • A GED or High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Where & When You'll Work

* We operate 7 days per week, with flexible scheduling options

  • Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time
  • Training will be done remotely via video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm Central Time
  • After training, the regular schedule will be: 10am-6:30pm Central Time and one weekend shift
