Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflow improvements
• Characterize the current state of workflow systems, profile complex systems, and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain key metrics, recommend policy changes, and provide action plans to leadership
• Work closely with partner teams to drive workflow initiatives and translate insights into tangible results

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Solid working knowledge of analytics, visualization, and statistical analysis
• Advanced skills in Tableau development and data visualization
• Strong SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery
• Experience in software development, including build pipelines, merging, checking systems, and code delivery
• Product ownership experience, with a proven track record of driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics
• Project management skills, with the ability to plan and drive efforts across multiple teams towards a unified goal
