Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at our Delivery Station, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time. You'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values, and making a positive impression on every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Manage difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism, using phone and email to resolve issues and provide support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prioritizing their needs and providing timely solutions
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience and identify areas for growth
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and develop work flows and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders, listening actively and providing clear solutions
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities, demonstrating objectivity and openness to others' views
  • Contribute to building a positive team environment, supporting goals and objectives, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Physical ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds, and stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch for up to 12 hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
