Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator – Remote Database Management and Digital Filing Systems Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital database. You will be responsible for compiling, capturing, and formatting documents for data entry, checking documents for errors, inputting data and updating the database, and managing digital filing systems. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 5-40 hours of work per week, with flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Compile, merge, and format documents for data entry

  • Check documents for errors and inconsistencies
  • Input data and update the database in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage digital filing systems, ensuring that all files are organized and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve database accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with digital databases and data entry software (training provided)
