Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Architect at blithequark, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and success. You will work closely with our IT team to develop and maintain our data architecture, ensuring that our data is accurate, secure, and easily accessible. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to make data-driven decisions and drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the subject matter expert in data architecture, providing guidance and support to the IT team on data-related matters.

• Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business applications and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions that meet their requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our data architecture and solutions.
• Mentor and train junior data architects and engineers on data architecture and design principles.
• Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as erwin, PowerDesigner, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of data architects and engineers.
