Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework. You will work closely with the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC. You will also be responsible for administering and supporting all aspects of the Distribution Center, including inventory management, data entry, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including inventory management, data entry, and reporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office
  • Collaborate with MHE merchants to ensure accurate and timely data management
  • Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure seamless integration and operation
  • Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
  • Communicate effectively with the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
  • Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain and update the LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure efficient and secure data transfer
  • Implement all future software updates to ensure the Distribution Center remains up-to-date and secure
  • Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
  • Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure secure and efficient data management
  • Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
  • Develop reporting tools for clients to provide better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies

  • 2+ years of experience working in a delivery environment
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
