The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with technical and non-technical issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries
  • Providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and satisfactorily
  • Treating customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
