Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
