Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Team Leader – Customer Service and Operations at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet or exceed service level metrics
  • Providing guidance and support to agents on technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics
  • Assisting agents with technology and professional communication
  • Embracing change and adapting to new processes and procedures
  • Acting with integrity and making a positive impact on the team and customers
  • Providing feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Collaborating with other teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or operations leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures, and to lead change within the team
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to agents
  • Experience with technology and professional communication, including CRM systems and customer service software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Certification in customer service or leadership, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Leadership Coach (CLC)
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
