Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients, customers, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional support and resolve issues. You'll be the go-to person for answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on our products and services. If you're a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to answer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance to clients and customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients and customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and accurate support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Required Capabilities

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40+ words per minute

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare products and services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and customers in multiple languages
