Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain sensitive information confidential and handle confidential data with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations

Qualifications:
