Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, your core duties will include:

  • Initiating contact with individuals who have requested further information regarding our benefit offerings
  • Arranging and facilitating Zoom meetings to thoroughly review and clarify available benefits
  • Tailoring new benefit plans and modifying existing ones based on each client's present requirements
  • Establishing and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Performing benefit reviews and providing support for claims or adjustments for current clients
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, addressing members' needs with diligence and care
  • Resolving any client inquiries or issues related to their benefits
