Who You Are & What You'd Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to our team
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services

A Day in the Life

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like:

  • You'll start your day by clocking in and checking in with the team on Microsoft Teams
  • You'll then sign into Acumatica, our internal inventory management tool and customer database, and log into the VoIP phone system or our email program
  • You'll begin answering calls or emails to aid customers in placing new orders, checking on existing orders, adding to an order, or troubleshooting on an order they received
  • You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Training & Coaching

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • Mandatory training days, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your performance
  • Regular quality reviews to ensure you're meeting our high standards
  • Access to our internal knowledge base and resources to help you resolve customer issues
