Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer service to potential and current Legal Shield customers via phone, email, or chat

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Legal Shield services and products
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Shift Options

We offer three shift options to accommodate your schedule and preferences:

• Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
• Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am; Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
• Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Background check required

Required Equipment

To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, you will need:

• A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
• Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable
• USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
• Webcam (external or embedded)
