Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services. This is a part-time role, requiring 25 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options available from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services: Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking access to healthcare services.
- Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload: Review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned workloads, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Providing quality customer service and support: Deliver exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Team player with excellent communication skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people: Show a genuine passion for helping people, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications: Possess strong PC skills, with a willingness to learn new applications and technologies.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information: Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry: Possess a minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and policies.
- Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred: Possess a minimum of one year eligibility experience, with a strong understanding of eligibility and enrollment processes.
- Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred: Possess a strong understanding of FL Medicaid programs, with experience working with Medicaid populations.
- Associates degree preferred: Possess an associates degree or higher, with a strong foundation in healthcare or a related field.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred: Possess strong bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Location and Remote Work Options

Compensation and Benefits
