Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communication. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to resolve customer issues. This is a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work in a comfortable and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all blithequark customers through phone and email communication

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software tools and technology to navigate customer accounts and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
