Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Opportunity at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and members. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and members
- Setting appointments and scheduling presentations
- Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Quality control and leadership development
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
