Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or a related field)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Experience with CRM software and help desk ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA
